The northern peripheral road also known as the Dwarka Expressway, an 18 km. stretch from Dwarka, Delhi to National Highway-8 in Gurgaon, has become the most happening area of infrastructure development in NCR. Understanding this opportunity, Ansal Housing has invested in many new projects along the northern peripheral road in the past two years.  

Ansals Highland Park in Sector 103, Gurgaon, launched recently, is Company’s latest project along northern peripheral road. The USP of the project, apart from its location advantage, is the Scottish-style design of the towers, complemented by the rich specifications provided in the individual apartments. The project has received an overwhelming response from the market.

The launch of Ansals Highland Park was followed by the launch of our maiden commercial project on Dwarka Expressway - Ansals Town Walk, a High Street retail-cum-Corporate Spaces, in Sector 104. The salient features of the project include promenade architecture, shops facing the plaza & well-appointed offices. 

Buoyed by these twin successes, we plan to launch two more group housing projects in the coming months, to be followed by the launches of 3 more commercial projects.




With this, Ansal Housing currently has a total of over 1250 acres of land under construction including over 20 million square feet of built-up. Out of this, the company has over 450 acres of land under construction in NCR region with nearly 7 million square feet of built-up area in Gurgaon alone. We are developing almost 100 acres of land each in upcoming satellite towns like Rewari, Karnal, Yamunanagar & Alwar. In Shahpur, near Thane, Mumbai, Ansal Housing is developing a 225 acre Thai-style weekend retreat which goes to prove our versatility.

Continuing with its mission of providing quality lifestyles in non-metro areas, Ansal Housing has also launched a township project Ansal Town, Ajmer in Rajasthan, its second big project in the state after Ansal Town, Alwar.

Further, the construction activities in our various ongoing projects at Gurgaon, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Indore, Agra, Jammu, Shahpur, etc. are progressing satisfactorily. Our company is committed to deliver these ongoing projects within the expected time frame.
