New year 2013 is here & I will like to take this opportunity to offer my best wishes to you & your families. May you have a great year ahead and hope all your dreams come true this year. I will also like to thank all of you for the dedication shown last year in taking your company further on the road of success.

Ansal Housing launched Ansals Emerald Heights, a group housing project in Agra, amidst enthusiastic response on 22nd July, 2012.  Ansals Galleria, shop-cum-office complex, was also launched last year in our existing project in Yamunanagar, Ansal Town. In 2013, we have quite an impressive line-up of major projects in Gurgaon, Ajmer, Alwar, Jammu & Meerut. We are coming up with 2 residential group housing projects in Gurgaon, Ansals Highland Park in Sector 103 & Ansal Heights86 in Sector 86, while there are two commercial shop-cum-office projects, Ansals Town Walk in Sector 104 & another one in Sector 106. Ajmer will see an Ansal Town.  Post the outstanding success of Ansals Grace, our maiden venture in Jammu, our next project in Jammu, Ansals Estancia, a high-rise group housing project, will be launched this year.

  

 

The development work in our existing projects is satisfactory. While possession has been offered in Ansals Tanushree & Ansals Elegance, our two projects in Ghaziabad, possession has also started for Villas & G+2 in Ansals Palm Court, Jhansi. We have further offered possession in towers at Ansals Courtyard, Meerut, Ansals Suvarna Vilas, Shahpur, Ansals Woodbury Apartments, Zirakpur &  Ansals Grace, Jammu.  Possession has already been given to customers in Karnal, Indore, Meerut, Yamunanagar & residents have even started living in some of these projects. 

This year, I am sure, will present new opportunities to challenge us in maintaining & further consolidating our position as one of the premier real estate developers in the country. The infrastructural developments in and around Ghaziabad, Meerut, Alwar, etc. will further increase the pace of development in these areas while presenting more opportunities for Ansal Housing to serve customers while continue in our mission of enriching living styles of all.
